GENERAL INFORMATION
Do you offer rates that are not all-inclusive? No, we only provide all-inclusive package rates.
Is there a specific smoking policy? Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited throughout most of the resort, including common areas, dining venues, bars, suites, suite decks, and balconies. We do, however, offer designated smoking areas. A cleaning fee may be incurred for smoking in smoke-free areas.
Is a credit card required at check-in? Yes. A pre-authorized hold may be applied.
Is pre-arrival check-in available? No, we do not offer pre-arrival check-in.
Upon arrival, can I upgrade my room? Yes, additional fees apply, and upgrades are subject to availability.
Do I need to bring money and exchange my currency when I arrive? Your all-inclusive package includes meals, drinks, entertainment, and many activities. However, we recommend bringing extra cash for off-site expenses, spa services, tours, and transfers. The resort provides currency exchange services subject to availability. Cash payments are accepted at the Front Desk only. Guests may make payment by point-of-sale machine or charge to their room at resort outlets.
Is there a secure place to keep valuables? In-room safes are included in all room categories. Our resort is not liable for unattended items.

What are the dress codes for the different restaurants?
Resort Casual: Bathing suits must be covered.
Smart Casual: No tank tops, beach sandals, flip flops, bathing suits, or sports/beach shorts.
Resort Formal: No t-shirts, tank tops, beach sandals, flip flops, bathing suits, shorts, or hats.
General: Shoes, shorts, and tops must be worn. No wet clothes allowed.

Do I need to make dinner reservations? Dining reservations are not required. We accommodate guests on a first-come first-serve basis according to availability. Exception: Reservations will be accepted for Teppanyaki Tables on the same day only. Availability is limited to the size and dining schedule (6:00pm & 7:30pm & 9:00pm) for the Teppanyaki Tables.
Are there options for vegetarians or special dietary needs? Yes, the resort offers gluten-free and vegetarian options and accommodates special dietary needs (please notify the resort ahead of time).

Are there balconies in all rooms? Yes, all rooms have either a terrace or balcony, varying in dimensions and views.
